My Treadmill model is AF 737[Aerofit]- While running the Error Code showing is E01. The trouble raised
six months back . I contacted your authorized service center at Sambalpur. The technicians assigned was having no knowledge on the product and service. He failed to identify the problem. Following steps were taken by him,
1. Changed the Motor
2.Changed the cable
3. Oil Servicing
4. Sent the Circuit for repairing
All the above processes took six months with cost of Rs 10,000,but failed to solve the problem.
Your after sale services are quite alarming.
No proper service avalable here. The technicians are having no knowledge on products and services.
Please give the solution to me.
