Incorporated in 2012, 7NR Retail Ltd is in the business of trading of textiles Our company was originally incorporated as ‘7NR Retail Private Limited’ on December 21, 2012, under the Companies Act, 1956 engaged in the business of trading of fabric and apparels in the wholesale and retail segments. Consequent upon conversion into Public Limited Company the name of our Company was changed to ‘7NR Retail Limited’ on March 22, 2017 and fresh certificate of incorporation was obtained from the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, on March 22, 2017.
