Cheating cumbum branch by Swetha:

Dear sir
I am swetha from cumbum.My uncle mahindran apply for vehicle loan in sriram finance cumbum(this is used car brand tata bold model 2018).The cumbum branch staff bought the amount 21000 rs in my uncle.That branch said this is insurance charges and loan processing charges.My uncle give the rs.21000 give the branch in nov 22 -2023.Till now that branch not give the insurance copy.No login to the file.3 times we are going to the branch no one response for the issues.The branch person said u go and complain to any persons.This is not right way sir pls take the action immediately.we are lot of suffer in last 15 days.
