Complaint about the settlement of my son Vivin. V by Vijay Mohan:

Sir. My son v. Vivin purchased a commercial vehicle Marathi Suzuki super carry through your stfcVadavalli branch.for his own use on September 2021.. On 20th April 2022 my son expired in an accident at hosepet karnataka. After that from your branch they asked me to submit relevant documents for final settlement. I given all records on dtd 16th May 2022.They replied me the claim amount and his personal accident policy amount will get within the 3months.I waited till this time, but no favourable reply so far. My vehicle registration no. Is TN 38CZ3912.we cleared all the pending dues as on death date. Whenever I am enquirying about the payment, they replied different stories. In between I submitted original documents three times by their request. But no result. Yesterday from your regional manager of Coimbatore said that they send all particulars to H. O. Sir do you know they replied like this many more times. Sir I wants to know what is the present situation. From office manager asked the both amount not below Nine lakes rupees. Sir. Kindly acknowledge me when did I get this amount. Eight months over, more over 2023 also starting.
