When I play a music after some time the sound of the song is mute automatically but the music is running. The same problem will arise in video player also. But the video will be still according to the sound.. Please troubleshoot my ZTE v5 mobile please...

This is Rasmi Ranjan from odisha. I had bought a ZTE device named ZTE v5 v9180 from Snapdeal.com.
After using the phone for 1 month i faced an issue with my handset. The problem was it was not reading the sim card on 1st sim slot and also there was a sound issue.
So, i just gave it for service in ZTE authorized service center Named "Ensure support services India Limited" Channel 4 located at dolamundai cuttack orissa. After keeping the handset for a period of 2 and a half month they just told me that the company office at Bangalore, Karnataka rejected the request for service and told the service center people that return the handset to the customer and close the case.
This is not expected from a big company like ZTE its just defaming the image of the company and its products. If the above mentioned reason is true in any sense or if it is found that the company is not offering proper service of its products in orissa or India then i will be forced to go by law. If a customer is not getting the value for the money he spent then why should one go for such products.
If this mail is not answered on time then i will be forced to file a case against the company in consumer forum court. It will take a just few minutes to file a court case against the company as i am a lawyer by profession.
Kindly find the attachment of the invoice copy and the customer service receipt.
Hoping that this issue will be sorted out soon. Other wise the results may be not in the favor of the company.
