Sri K. K. Pathak is an Indian Civil Servant (IAS) of Bihar cadre. He is known for his work in the Excise and Prohibition Department. He was the Additional Chief Secretary of the Excise and Prohibition Department in Bihar from 2016 to 2021. He was also the Managing Director of National Highway and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL) from 2019 to 2021.
Pathak was born in 1962 in Bihar. He graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi in Mechanical Engineering. He joined the Indian Administrative Service in 1988. He has held several important positions in the Bihar government, including the District Magistrate of Patna, the Secretary of the Department of Industries, and the Secretary of the Department of Finance.
