It is very ridiculous that government did not provide a basic transportation facility from city to airport and cab driver max cab service charge as they want they took 650 rs to drop me to city from airport it is hardly 15 km government should take care of these and provide basic facility. And are those cab Facility is provided by cg government that's what they cab people were saying and if this is the case then it's very bad.
Being a good citizens in want government should know and do some action on this.

We came just to drop off a family member and stopped only to drop and did not park the car, their was no baggage either. By tallying the time stamp on the card against the time on our watch and car dashboard clock, we had taken just three minutes, but the attendant at the exit insisted that their watch shows we stayed more than allowed time limit and collected parking charges. They were quite rude too in the way they talked. This has happened twice now and I request you to check the matter.

Dear sir
I was travelling on 5th Nov.for Delhi.I found there was no soap in toilets and toilets were not cleaned.
While returning next day I found same.
We have such a nice and clean airport please take action against whoever is responsible.

I came off to drop my relative and just took 4 minutes maximum but parking people insisted that you have taken 10 minutes. there is even no ticket available in exit area and parking guy asks everyone to give Rs. 40 for pick and drop. the whole pick and drop system needsto be tyaken care off as the people over there are very rude and resort to threats on asking for fair treatment. i kindly request the concerned authority to check the system and help us common people.

I travelled to Raipur on 28th Nov 2016 recently.Booked a cab for raipur station.The taxi service (shivam travels)outside the arrival gate has given me receipt of Rs.600/- without service tax or vat number on it.I know invoice is fake.

Autos and other taxi services should be allowed at the airport. One does not have any option that to pay 600 rupees for station drop. I and my colleagues travel frequently and this is an unfair system.

Dear Sir/Maam,
I have observed several times that the paeking people are charging unethical charges. But today they have crossed there limit. My car was im exit gate within 4 minutes but due to jam in the exit gate they again charged me. This is very unethical and this people has made a patent to earn money by unethical aources. This happens only in Raipur airport. Many other people had also registered complainta regarding the same.
This is directly affecting reputation of your management.

Dear sir/Madam,
I like raipur airport and it's really good. Only thing I don't understand is the parking facility, they say that pick and drop is not chargeble if it's within 5 mins, but frankly with the traffic in airport it's impossible for any car to pick and drop in five mins. Then what's the use of such system, in Bangalore airport atleast they give enough time to pickup and drop.
Can you please correct this system, either make it as mandatory parking the way it is there in railway station or please increase the pick and drop time from five to fifteen mins as there is to much traffic and there are many cars which parked there which do not allow free floor of traffic.
