1. Put a signage for waiting area else people wait outside in Q outside being denied entry as late as 625 am
2 shocking and painful to see wrong English written on sinages at security entrance regarding registered baggage .

I ashish kumar jha travelled by indigo 6E 239 on 10 jul 18 from Patna at 4 Am. At checking counter the staff of indigo had not allowed some item to check in which was kept by the staff and told me that tell your relative to collect the item from manager office but when my relative went there at 7Am in the morning the item was missing and propepr reply and item was not given to him which might be taken by the indigo staff.which create bad impact for indigo
So I request u to plz take action against this issue.

I was carrying freezed ghee on date 2nd Jan for flight from patna to pune.
Though the ghee was deep freezed people at security checkpoint behaved so rude and made me dispose that bottle of ghee. It was hardly 500gms.

I was travelling from Delhi to Patna by Air India flight no AI0407. My brother in law came to pick me up from airport. He parked his vehicle at a place where a lot of vehicle was parked already and there was no board shown. The guard was already present there but he was just seeing but did not tell where to park. Within a time period of a minute or so, our vehicle was locked by parking authority. Even we asked for a slip so as to pick our vehicle later but they did not issued it. Neither these cheap uneducated parking guards guided us to any of their seniors to talk. The kind of language they were using was very unlawful.
I am a doctor who has done COVID duties risking my and my family’s lives. This is price what you people are paying to COVID warriors.
The name and fame of Bihar and specially Patna is very bad on Indian portal. Just think what you people are doing to improve it.
It was a very shameful act which is not tolerable by any descent person like me.
One of the boys in parking Whose name was Praveen was taking this matter personally and had very personal comments on doctors.
Very If you are not taking any action on him, even I will consider it as an act done by Patna airport authority.
Shame on you people.

Sir,
I had very worst experience at patna airport while going to Chennai, I've seen the worst condition this pendemic situation at all the corner full of rush and no marked circle, indication, social distance at security checking area all the passenger touching one another,I enquired with CISF then they called ATM but no response last 30minites not report and not ready to listen any complaint.
As per strictly government guidelines through of India for Covid, afterwards there are no mark/symbol for standing for passengers since thought management taking enough charges to the passenger.
Iam requesting bahalf of all passengers kindly maintain all the guidelines and provide best services at Patna airport so that any other states person not comments wrong image of our Historical BIHAR.

I just wanted to know if a passenger is going to pune from Patna is negative pcr report is mandatory to show at the enternce gate..
Bcoz I think report is mandatory for arrival those who are coming from Maharashtra, not for them those are going to Maharashtra.. Today my mom in law ticket has been cancelled due to the report..

Also someone whistle when I tried to enter in free right exit lane and directed to exit through left lane. Is it as per norms and guidelines of our JPNL Airport authority.
