This is only airport in india where one can park there cars on drop..pick up road like a king.resulting in massive jam..no police person even to control..only one security ineffective whistle blower is there.genuine pick up cars get held up in traffic resulting in paying parking charges on account of taking more time..where as so called "kings" pay parking and keep car parked on street...high time need to learn this and stop any car being parked r idle even for a minute..extremely frustrating..it seems nexus with parking contractor and few drivers..

Requested to look into illigal parking done in front of departure as well as arrival gate redulting into traffuc jam as well inconvininece for movement of passenger.

There should be proper discipline in the parking and pickup/drop facilities at Nagpur Airport. One full lane is reserved for Govt vehicles which reduces the already narrow space available. There's is no proper system for dropping or picking up of the passengers due to which the whole road chokes up and it creates chaotic conditions at the airport. There's a big delay as well as no accessibility for any wheelchair Passenger to enter the airport. I have visited so many airports in the world but never seen this type of chaos at any airport. Big luxurious cars are stopped for 10-15min easily by the poor drivers in waits of their so called Top Brass Bosses..every car keeps on honking from behind and nobody is bothered. This really needs a drastic improvement. A simple solution is to create angular bays for drop and pick up instead of keeping all the cars in parallel..this can help keep the lanes clear for other cars to pass by. Same system is followed at Beijing Airport and works absolutely fine. As a proud citizen of Nagpur I feel this situation should be improved on immediate basis. Thanks and regards.

Its really a chaotic situation outside Nagpur Airport due to no system in place to facilitate the pick up and drops for the passengers. One lane is fully occupied by the Govt vehicles and the narrow space available is occupied by the pvt cars without any rules or discipline. The big luxurious cars BMWs, Mecs and Audis are parked for lot of time at the arrival gates waiting for their so called Top Brass bosses without considering the problems a common man can face. There is enormous honking going on and long ques to enter the airport. Its impossible for a wheelchair passenger to enter the airport. I have seen so many airports in the world but not seen this huge a chaos anywhere. What we need to do is make angular bays for dropping and pickups and keep rest of the space clear for passing vehicles. This i had seen at Beijing Airport and it works absolutely fine. Pls look into this problem and resolve for good. We are proud citizens of Nagpur and wish to make changes for good. Thanks and regards

First time I have visited Nagpur airport, after a train journey I have directly came to airport because I have a flight at 4:35 pm to Bangalore and I reached here at 1:00 pm.
I had to go to the washroom but some cleaning was going on and it's almost 1 hour but it still not open and person is suggesting to use handicapped washroom then I have searched for the food but didn't get any except snacks, there is a restaurant but that is also not open.
I didn't checked in but still guards at entry are not allowing me to outside.
I know authority is providing the check-in timings but still they should provide the basic services because the person who is taking the flight is not
a resident of same city always. I don't get it like what service airport authority is providing. If someone have the connecting flight or if someone is coming from long journey then how they will manage.
Kindly look into this. Really disappointed by Nagpur airport authority services.

Hello Team,
Can we have big screen on the floors and one at outside the entry? I have only one TV screen which do not proper information and the Font size is also small for senior citizen it is very difficult to read. And information stays for fraction of seconds only. Please increase the Font of letters and time on the screen.
