My Panasonic Eluga I3 was damaged due to moisture and I had given it for repairing in the Allahabad service center. After some days, they called me saying that my phone has been repaired now but when I went there, it was not switching on. So, I submitted it again and they said that it will be sent to the main service center and its motherboard would get replaced and said that I will be getting my phne back in 10-15 days.
Now it has been over a month and I've not yet got my phone back. The service center says that the courier is sent from the main service center and it has been the same since 2 weeks. The IMEI no. is

My Panasonic Eluga I3 got switched off suddenly and it gave no response when I tried to turn it on. Therefore, I had submitted it in the Allahabad service center. They called me after a week saying that my phone is okay now but when i went there, it was still in the same condition. I submitted it again and they said that it would go to the main service center and its motherboard would get replaced and said that I would get my phone back in 10-15 days.
Now it's been over one and a half month and I've not yet got my phone back. The Allahabad service center says that it has been sent to Allahabad through courier but is not received yet and they are saying the same thing since 3 weeks.
The phone is in guarantee period and I had submitted it in the Allahabad service center on the 8th of July. It's IMEI no. is 358091070665473. Please check into the problem and answer me back as soon as possible.
