Hi Mi Team,
I've given my Mi phone to gurdaspur authorised branch but customer service representatives are highly unprofessional - They kept my phone for more than 5 days and even i have given them alternate contact to call me in case if they don't fix but they didn't and now they are suggesting that they need to keep it for more than 4 days again. Additionaly they have only two solution
1) To change software
2) To change motherboard
I had full trust in Mi but with this experience I'm regretting that y i buy 2 mi phones for my family.
Really sad experience
