I Ram Prasad Yadav having UAN No:100318929432 with EPF. As I want to apply for advance for House construction through form no 31. But when I tried to apply on UAN portal then the message shown every time that your previous claim is under process (as shown in below picture)

Due to the reason I can't apply for advance, the issue pertaining from last 2 years and I have requested so many times to EPF Shimla and EPF Delhi. But they do not help me, instead of resolving the issue both the departments just pass the issue to each other. I also attach the grievance generated on your portal. But the grievance automatically close by 3rd-4th day of its generation. I need an advance on urgent basis as my house construction is in process.
