Yesterday (09Mar2024) I watched ‘Manjummel boys’ at Rockline mall Jalahalli at 10:05 PM show. There were no AC during the entire show. After the movie, i complained about this and they said they will refund the amount. But the amount didn’t credited yet. It’s very pathetic experience. I need my money back. I can’t spend my valuable money for this nonsense. Refund my money as soon as possible. My booking ID is W23KHR4

Through out my film, the AC was not on in screen 1, when asked, the staff promptly replied that there is some technical glitch. My question is then why are they charging high prices when they have problem?
