My name is Surjana khadka and my order number is 6834. I made that order on 14th july. I have tried to communicate with you guys since 20th regarding my order status but I haven’t got any response from anywhere.
I am losing my patience as i need that delivery within 1st week of August and i have made that very clear with your staff . Before i made the order i used to get my reply within minutes but it’s been weeks i have not any replies now. Sorry to say Your customer service is very poor.
Can you please let me know where i am upto and if i am even getting that product? Or else i would like to get my refund.
