Non Receipt of E-Ticket
Dear Sir,
I have booked E-ticket from Surat to palnpur round trip and Surat to palnpur Singapore trip.
GSRTC online Ticket booking on 24/3/2017 and after submit option from GSRTC site
amount is being debited from my SBIBank Account but I did not get E-ticket.
My OB Reference of Bus is GS3546257,GS3546284
However, till date the same amount is not credited to my account.
Kindly do the needful, since there is helpline number or complain number 1800-233-666666 available but not working.
Photo Copy of Statement from SBI Bank Account of that debited amount is attached herewith.

Called customer care today verified about product got a confirmation that it will be delivered today when i told i was already given confirmation through message and the courier number is not valid he says they will cal u when i told they call @ 8 which is ofc hours he says they call according to their availability and when asked to cancel the product he says its not possible when they cant work according to our requirement y to order??? No proper customer service he was very rude in sayin either u complete r i complete the conversation when asked for supervisor he says he ll call in 24 hours
