ON 23RD JULY, PAYMENT WAS MADE TWICE FOR RS. 429.00 EACH, REF NO.43908328 AND 43908329, MEDICINE RECEIVED AGAINST ONE TRANSACTION, ANOTHER TRANSACTION AMOUNT REQUESTED TO REFUND AS ERRONEOUSLY MADE TWICE. STILL THE PAYMENT IS NOT REFUNDED. PAYMENT GATE WAY CC AVENUE.

This is to inform you that I had make a payment of Rs. 1115/- on 26th July'17 against order no. 20703871758 & 20703871759 by ccavenue getway through Internet banking (ICICI BANK, A/C NO. 127401501428) and I cancelled that order on same time. But still now amount not refund.
I informed sastasundar customer care and they asked to contact with ccavenue customer service. I talked with them too. And they said that
refund isn't initiate by sastasundar against referance no. 106257910176.
That's why they are not able to refund the amount.
Kindly look into this matter and solved it as soon as possible.

I upload my Doctor's prescription on 4th instant &on 5th I was contacted and replied from your organization yesterday for 20% discount I have to upload through sastasundar app. I don't understand how he says so? i am an inhabitant of bidhannagar, durgapur 713212. i have just ordered some vital medicines for me from your app. the delivery boy called me that he could not deliver my medicines at home.i had to went a km for just taking this medicines. a few months ago my order had delivered at my home and without such silly things. how could a customare know about the areas of different delivery boy. pls. look into the matter to avoid such harrassment of customer in future.

It is really unfortunate that despite of reorder for my medicine (Gutsooth tab) yesterday vide order id- 3815093646 my order has declined by said agency (ph no- 8276004058) and extremely rough behaviour with me. His conversation was extremely adamant.I became extremely harrashed for this particular matter.
So, at this juncture kindly look into the matter and take necessary action against the said person and pls give some other contact where we can order the medicine.
