We Have Purchase the Bajaj Electricals new Device this is not work we will call on customer care he is given contact number but he is not support & note Call pick.
We are you Requested please share our pin code service centre ( 110019 ) so that we can replaced & repair our Product.

Dear Sir,
I visited your store at Kukatpally PNR Empire Mall enquired about a water purifier for my home. I mentioned Sales person sunny about my falt water Bore water, Manjeera water both it's required to filter. He confirmed that KENT Max UV Wa 8516 will work for the requirement and sold dated 29.10.22.
Installation I booked from Urban company dated 4-Nov-22. After Installation we assumed that it's filtering water but it tasted like borewell water and we continued to drink. We ignored this topic but my throat got infected 2 times then I doubted the purification having some issues. I contacted the KENT service team and visited our home 24-11-22. The service Engineer gave feedback that this purifier is not suitable for our water.
25-11-22 I visited your store and returned the product and met sales person sunny this product is not working and informed that I wish to take some other product and he agreed. Then I tried to find some other product and approached counter to take it but the store manager denied to take other product.
I explained that this product was not suitable for our water and I don't want spend more money for any other purifier, but the store manager denied that this product cannot be taken back and he wish to check with KENT technician about this product's working condition, if working he don't want to take it back.
This purchase was purchased by my wife with my children, we don't know telugu and hindi and we speak english, mother tongue tamil.
Store manager disagreed to sell other product, when my wife questioned salesperson sunny he agreed to change other product, later he told that he didn't understand well and informed us to meet Manager. Manager was argued with us product was working condition cannot take back and he mentioned that it's not their sales person's fault. I'm sivabalan family head visited store evening 7PM and I questioned store manager if your sales person doesn't understand language how he recommended and sold this product to us. When we raise our concern why store team was not supporting us to take other products.
I mentioned that I want Money back or If not possible for money back I want to take some other product. I requested the store manager multiple times. We don't want stores to suffer, rather they can support us to buy other products.
I am writing this mail to provide your support for refund the money rather than pushing us to take this product. We wrongly approached your store for buying this unknown product not meeting our requirement, kindly do the needful.
