Colour fade after two washing by Satin Katyal:

I bought one shirt from Richlook showroom at Rani Bagh, New delhi in feb-mar'17 and used it two times only. The colour got fade after two wash. when the matter was discussed with the concerned showroom head, they refused to replace the same and showing us the hole on the backside of the shirt which was not there when the shirt was handed over to the concerned person.
Please look into the matter and revert with best solution as soon as possible.

My Name is Deepak I have bought 2 trousers and 3 shirts from your Richlook outlet kamla nagar Delhi under the secheme of buy two and get 5 and I have paid the amount of higher 2 shirts which was around 4400, but now today is the 2nd day I wearing the trousers both trousers quality is very bad in 2nd days showing like ruheee and I am wasting the my money to believe in your brand I am salaried class and I know the value of money but I am wasting the money of your outlets just personally see what quality you are offering to customers even I will not suggest to buy anything in your outlets if you have time so please send to some one in my place and see the quality of your Cloths

I had purchased a sweat shirt from your Daryaganj outlet, then without any wash after one use, fabric issue and even quality is also very poor, now i had visited to outlet but they miss Behaved with me while I am speaking in good manner. even not able to provide the same pricing set and for another set asking for the difference of amount. the set was with them from last one month. This is regarding extreme misbehaving of customer executive in rich look outlet in Hisar outer food court
I asked him for size 42 and was forcing me to buy 40 when I denied he was fighting and saying I will not sell and shouting like anything
