Hi this is badrinath sk actually y on 7th june tried to resereve tickets through train man software but unfortunately tickets not yet booked but amount deducted through ur gateway till now I didnt received the deducted amount as I raised the complaint also so plz response me or call me to my number 9739356808 help me on this regard

I have made a payment of rs 3144 through razorpay to nutrabay to order a product by order no. 111968 and the amount of rs 3144 has deducted from my account but now i have cancelled the order and the same is shown in nutrabay site as order is cancelled.
As the deducted amount is still not credited in my account.kindly look into the matter.
