I ordered the Nokia C5-03 model from Oyeshoppy.com, which has order number 2976213, Reference ID is OS 6407, Tracking ID is 742019662295 which I booked on May 24, 2018 and I received it on May 31, 2018. Mobile is not working in Battery due to which mobile is shutting down frequently. When the battery is placed on mobile, it falls directly and the mobile is not being activated even after covering the back cover. Please try to send me another mobile or please refund my money.

मैंने Oyeshoppy.com से नोकिया सी 5-03 मॉडल का मोबाइल ऑर्डर किया था जिसका ऑर्डर नंबर है 2976213, रिफरेंस आईडी है ओएस6407, ट्रेकिंग आईडी है 742019662295 है जिसे मैंने 24 मई 2018 को बुक किया था और मुझे 31 मई 2018 को प्राप्त हुआ। मोबाइल में बेटरी काम नहीं कर रहा है जिसके कारण मोबाइल बार-बार बंद हो जा रहा है। मोबाइल में बेटरी लगाने पर वह सीधे गिर जाता है और पीछे का कव्हर लगाने के बाद भी मोबाइल चालू नहीं हो रहा है। कृपया करके मुझे दूसरा मोबाइल भिजवाने का कष्ट करें या मेरा पैसा रिफंड करने की कृपा करें।
