i sent my complaint to consumercare@luxoroffice.com. many times. but mail delivery incomplete.
past month, i bought some 5 pens(Luxor V7 HI-TECPOINT V system Non-refillable pen "blue colour" (Rs.60)) out of which 4 pens are faulty. After writing few pages, ink of the pen turns lighter, thinner and Im unable to write it in an easy flow. Pen gets struck.not writing easily.Kindly replace all these 4 pens, tell me how to send it to you and guide me to purchase new pens . I need some 50 pens. But you should give the quality assurance.

I bought a parker ultra fine refill a few days ago. It worked fine for 3 days. But after that it did not work properly. Its stopped in between and dod not give smooth writing.
So i request you to replace the defected refill with a new one at the earliest. Hope a good response from you. Thanks in anyicipation.

I buoyed a parker new vector stainless steel ct fountain pen and when I open the box and started writing but pen is not writing its ink is in the converter but the pen is not working. So I request you to replace with a new one at least. Hope a good response to you. Thanks in anticipation.

When i am trying to fill the ink in refill, there is difficulties in filling the ink in refill. So request you to change the pen or resolve the issues in the pen.

i bought a Parker Vector Chrome Trim Roller Ball Pen (Stainless Steel),1.5 year back from Bharti book ,Sadar bazar gurgaon, haryana.
