Dear Team,
I am a valuable customer of flipkart but this time really it was painfull to say that no one has resolve or trying to understand the issue which I have faced since long.
I have purchase Oppo Enco M32/EWN20 Bluetooth headset but I have raised for refund that day it was accepted and within 2 days it was taken by flipkart executive but till the time amount has not refunded. And in this regard I was requested to customer care executive but they are only ensuring to resolve the issue but it was not resolve till date.
It is an humble request to resolve my issue as soon as possible.
