I took a bag from inorbit mall vashi,
they said its women bag
but after came home i have seen the lable on which its clearly mention its mens bag so its clearly attendants fault. now he is not ready to give exchange .he saying its against policy.
if u people can not make happy to ur customer then no use of such worst policies.
this was the 1st time to take esbeda but now become last

Bad behaviour Inorbit Mall mall outlet i bought bag twice and twice I was charged for carry bag
When I came home and saw bill it is mentioned free
When I informed bthe same to store the store manager spoke like a goon ..very bad behaviour bof the staff in the vashi outlet
They mint money by selling the carry bags .
