    wrong reporting by DR RANGANA SARMA:

    Xray took forever exposing patient to radiation.
    Report given was descriptive of upper arm, where as the xray was of the forearm. complete negligence. Radiologist degree and registeration not displayed.
    Careless and badly trained staff.
    Name incorrectly captured.
    I Dr Rangana referred patient and they wrote self referral as if an 8 year old can do that.

    My father has attended for an x ray rgu scanning on 30th of December. I have carried x ray along with me and told report can be collected on 31st. When I have gone to hospital on 1st of Jan I was asked to wait for 1 more day saying that reports cannot be given without the x ray scan which is with me but the same was not told to me when I am carrying the report on 30th. How was I told reports cannot be collected on 31st without x ray scan and why I am being again told that report cannot be generated without x ray scan? This caused delay of 1 day for us to submit the reports for EHS and get it approved. We have to unnecessarily wait for 1 more day bearing the room cost, food and moreover bearing the pain of my father to 1 more day. Who's responsible for missing the basic communication which costed us a day?

    I have visited Vijaya diagnostic Centre Uppal branch for comprehensive package and I observed that the staff do not have any mechanism to do the diagnosis in time as I am waiting for more than 1 1/2 hour for ultrasound scanning. The staff not giving any proper reply when they complete the diagnosis and not sending the patients in a sequence manner.

    Dear Sir,

    We gave a sample of urine for culture and were forced to pay Rs 1250 /- for the same. This is an unfair practice. It is shocking to see that Vijaya Diagnostics is collecting Rs 1250/- for Urine Culture, whereas other diagnostics including hospitals are collecting not more than Rs 500/-. This is a clear picture of Rip off from the patients. At a time when the economy is down and people are reeling from the effects of COVID-19, this is a gross injustice to the common man.

    I appeal to the authorities, to take cognizance of the matter, verify and set it right. It will be of great benefit to all patients especially to Senior Citizens.

    I (Subba Rao) asked for Home visit on 040-21000000 for my Mother (T. Rama Tarakam aged 76 Y) in Malkajgiri and out of many test I ordered Serum Creatinine test but the test performed and reported online is for FERRITTIN SERUM.

    I called your technician (Dayakar) who came to collect sample about this and he replied he don't know and he performed the test given by the Home visit call centre (Tests booked by Nagaraju) and he asked me to call customer care.

    I have called your home visit call center at 4.59 PM and explained my problem with Ms.Vyshtnavi and she kept the call on hold for few minutes and after that said that she would call in 10 minutes but I did not get a call from her.

    You can see my mothers hystory of tests done at Vijaya, we never got FERRITTIN SERUM test done and instead Serum Creatinine tes was done in the past in Vijaya.
    This is an irresponsible way of dealing with customers and reckless way of performing unwanted tests. Further, there is no reply or response to my calls to your people on my problem.
    In fact I have submitted your online form for home visit yesterday on 21-01-2020 and I mentioned in that the test that I require for my mother Rama Tarakam i.e. Serum Creatinine. Please check your online home visit form which I filled on 21-01-2020. Of course, I received a message saying that I will get a call from Vijaya but I did not get any call. Then only I called on 040-21000000 and booked for Home visit call.
    I NEED A REPLY TO THIS COMPLAINT AND I WANT SERUM CREATININE TEST TO BE DONE WITHOUT ANY FEE TO BE COLLECTED AGAIN AS YOU ALREADY COLLECTED 870/- FOR FERRITTIN SERUM TEST.

    Sir On 21 st April 2022 I have gone for teath XRay at ASRao nagar centre at about 4.30pm and given my author card for senior citizen rebate I have given three mobile numbers but OTP is not generated I asked the recipinist to check his system because OTP is not generated but not lessening me and charged full amount

    Mammography and Ultra sound screening reports changed by Bharathi Sammohinives:

    Our regn ID 230130030310. Mammography and screening test has been done at Secunderabad SD road branch while collecting our reports your people has been given the other patients reports. Even we contact your persons neither responding nor giving our reports. This very rediculous and pathetic. Patient reports changed is not a silly matter. Escalating the issue to the higher authorities all possible ways.

    Hi, yday i.e., on 18/10/2023, i went to Vijaya diagnostic centre, punjagutta branch for ct coronary angiography. The attender or sister at that time i.e., between 9.00 am and 10.00 am is very rude in piercing the huge injection for such critical and fearful yet important test. She pierced it twice on my hand leaving with pain swelling and bruses. She is not at all feeling the pain that we might get. Even while removing the injection she was so very hard. Doctor madam at that time was the best. Madam explained the process so patiently and was very helpful. But this attender who is involved in the important part of the test, is very careless. The injection is very big unlike other tests. Please teach the sisters and attenders to empathize and treat us like humans.

    Vijaya Diagnostic Centre in Pragathi nagar,Hyderabad is a terrible pathology lab with unsupportive staff. The employees lack professionalism and provide subpar service. I went to take Serun PSA test on 02Apr2024.Receptionist is simply chatting with others and making time pass by keeping the customer waiting for a long time.I really annoyed and came out and went to another diagnostic center. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Avoid at all costs!
