मैं नज़रेथ प्रयागराज में एडमिट हू। डाक्टर ने Lumber Spine test लिखा पर मुझे cervical spine test करने के लिए भेजा गया।
क्यो कि डॉक्टर की prescription and Report हमे देखना माना है तो हमने payment and test jo cervical का था कर दिया है।
अब डॉक्टर सर को दिखाने पे पता चला कि उन्होंने तो ऐसा बोला ही नही था।।
क्या नजरेथ हॉस्पिटल इसकी जिम्मेदारी लेगा।
या पुनः मुझे अपने जेब से टेस्ट कराना पड़ेगा।।

On 04 Nov 23 at 1015 hts i visited Nazrath Hospital to see my relative who was admitted after delivery. On staff of reception was doing misbehave and threatening my i will see you outside.
