i book metro ticket from nagpur metro app on 2nd jan 2023 from chatrapati square mtero station to sitabuldi metro station return journey ticket of rs 10 but when i went to chatrapati square metro station and open app and in book ticket it shows no ticket book so i logout from app and when im relogin connection failed error comes so i ha dto anulay purchase ticket from counter and app aain started around 9pm and it shows ticket but by that time it is of no use so provide me refund of rs 10 my account and ticket details im mentioning
