Worst service got late by 45min to office and helpdesk person cut the call and haven't attended the call by Anu Dileep:

I booked trip for today morning in trivandrum kerala on 7thmarch2022 trip no-2115659 booked at previous day ie 6thmarch2022 and driver came at 9.45am although scheduled time was at 9am.also raised complaint at helpdesk.again evening scheduled time was at 5.15pm and when called helpdesk male personal didn't took call and cut the call 2times and haven't call back, driver told he assigned the call late by 5.10pm only.i was on my maternity period and depended on manga cabs due to its goodservice but today had a very bitter experience and cancelled all my bookings from tomorrow.worst experience.
