    Complain against lal path lab report by Sweety Bansal:

    Day before yesterday i gave my sample to Arora Lab gurgaon and i did not get my report yet as lab is saying that they had misplace my report and i have to give my sample again...i am pregnant and after gulucose sample i am suffering from itching and rashes....

    I had booked for a blood test ( fasting)
    Appoint was given for 18 Jun 21@7-7.30am.
    No one showed up. On contacting again I was told that my appointment was not sent to my messenger by the person who gave the appointment.
    Where is my fault?
    I’m very disappointed with the service.
    Does a patient have to wait endlessly, without eating and then be told that the technician will not visit?
    Am I supposed to sent the message to myself about confirmation ? And face no consideration either ?
    Is this how medical business is run ?

    It's very unfortunate that I have given blood sample of my 2 months baby for Karotyping and sample id is 315363818.but besides frequent requests I didn't get my report.
    All ready coplaint number is given CPM 21-10-17-600.
