Sir.
I have purchased sudha paneer (packing date 3 Nov 15) onn 3 Nov 15 From the Machless shop ward no 250 Ranchi. The product was smelling bad making it of no use. On approaching the shop he told it is not his responsibility to change the product. Further I approached sales man for that shop named kailash Agrawal but it also proved useless. And further i approached sales manager on his mobile no 9473199952. He replied to change the item but till now he has not done so and hence making us helpless to approach higher authority for fast remedial action. I will be grateful to you for it.

I have bought sudha paneer from shop MACHLESS ward 250 on 06 Nov 2015, packing date 03 Nov 15 as printed. To my surprise when I opened the packet there was contanimated paneer inside and as usual I approached the vendor who suggested to me to contact sale man "Kailash Agrawal" and when I approached him , he suggested to contact sale manager on mobile no 9473199952 and I did so. That time Sale Manger assured to replace the product but till now he did not done so even after repeated reminder. Making us frustrated to approach you for remedial action or to guide me what to do next so that further Sudha Milk will not make such poor quality product that will ultimately effect human health in long term if consumed. Do needful I am hopeful for that.

price of the sudha milk is not fix in muzaffarpur area.some parlour man take extra rupees and say you are free to do complain in sudha agency because their commission is not enough. 37-38/41-42. and so on. please fix the price of sudha milk in muzaffarpur area and take a quick action against it.

That sHOP kEEPER NOT give me any receipt. I am a regular customer getting milk
from Sanjay store, Sudha store near Mini Baba Mandir, Kagalnagar, Sonari since many years.
But last few times I am receiving poor quality of milk. Sometimes it smells bad, sometimes taste different but
Today's milk 1.5 liters became sour in the evening,, inspiteping it in fridge.
So I decided to write to you. It became a high time for me.
Kindly check that there is no mixing in milk, or poor quality is provided or stick lable on milk pouches if they should be used within hours.
Do whatever it takes but please please do not supply poor quality of milk.

Today I bought Two Sudha Misti Dahi (80 g each)from a shop , owner name is DHRITI RANJAN KUNDU.
