I have purchased sudha paneer (packing date 3 Nov 15) onn 3 Nov 15 From the Machless shop ward no 250 Ranchi. The product was smelling bad making it of no use. On approaching the shop he told it is not his responsibility to change the product. Further I approached sales man for that shop named kailash Agrawal but it also proved useless. And further i approached sales manager on his mobile no 9473199952. He replied to change the item but till now he has not done so and hence making us helpless to approach higher authority for fast remedial action. I will be grateful to you for it.
