I visited Ibiza ,Bishnupur, Diamond Harbour Rd, Kolkata, West Bengal 743503 from 23 rd. September to 25 th September. I went through unexpected unprofessional behavior there. I reached there late on 23rd around 5 pm so they offered me lunch on 25 th while coming back. I waited there with kids and with my mom who is 70 for one and half hour for lunch. Repeatedly workers there in dinning room were lying about trimming and just gave one plate of salad while I said kids are really hungry.
I came from Canada was trying to have some good experience with my family but went through a really bad and insulting experience. Will I be able to refer any family member or friends to Ibiza? I do not think so. I visited many hotels and resorts in India and Abroad but sorry to inform this the worst experience I went through.
I hope management will take proper action regarding my complain.
