I booked a Videocon MOBILE on 12/12/16. And received on 18/12/16. When I checked this mobile it look good. But when I try to connect it with 4g network it doesnt supporting. Also there is a hanging problem in this. Please help me out as soon as possible.thnks

I am customer of Ujala pumps and a year before have purchased 10 UJALA submersibl. which cost me approx 10800 INR each from Aggarwal sales corporation PITAM PURA, DELHI.
Now we faced Some Technical Problem in your Product. Then Immediately Complaint in your Company.I have filed my first complaint on august 31, 2017 complaint no.- US602,(2) September 16, 2017 complaint no.- UT325, (3) September 20, 2017 complaint no.- UT373. Now, its more than 30 days the complaint is unattended and not resolved. This is a construction site and there water level is 0 level and presently we are -10.5 mt level from zero level subsoil water level is increasing .In one week to reach at -10.5 mt level from zero level .You should understand if pump is not running how much one suffers.
I have a mobile No. of Mr. Devendra - 7340067621. Then Regularly I am following with my Complaint. He Lies Regularly & Pretend to me that Some technician would Reached there. But No One Sought out this Matter.
I don't know where to reach for completed and good service. Is this the service and quality Ujala talks about. How do you think your sales would increase with such service and feedback. I am really upset calling and reaching out people (Mr Devendra and Mr Sahil) for help and it has disturbed me a lot.
So Its my Last warning. If you can't action against it. Then Definitely I will take Strict action & going Consumer Court against it.
I hope for a quick response and resolution of my problem.
