we have purchased a machine , it was delivered in a damaged condition we have tried contacting all the possible no.s but no . they have asked us to pack it back and the same sill be picked up by some courier team it is now 15 days but no one from Rasoi team ,is responding to get the machine replaced what do we do . how long do we wait

Hello, i bought a softel atta chakki from rasoishop. Com, unfortunately that chakki stopped working on 27 jan 2024, that chakki is still in WARANTY period, I contacted with your customers support and she arranged a video call for demo. On 30 th jan i got a call from demo team, he told us that motor is burnt and need to be replaced. And the most shoking thing is that he told that due to overload it burnt up so we need to pay approx 5000 rs for this. Kindly resolve this issue, after this incident I really don't have any good view about your company.
