I have purchased 10 noa. ORPAT ceiling fan air toofan ivory from mahaveer electricals , 20 khiland market Ajmer vide invoice 1003 dated 16.06.19 with 02 yrs warranty.
One celimg fan got defected on 28.03.2020 but due to lockdown submitted to firm on 21.05.2020 for repair/replacement.
Now firm express his inability in repair/replacement by june 2020 due to reasons.
In these peak summer season this delay is not considerable.
I have tried toll free no. Of ORPAT but unable to contact
Kindly look into matter at earliest.
