I am very despondently writing this mail to you because I posted my complaint in your website on 07/11/2017 (Ticket No. - 1711071763SWD) and very next day one guy call me and take the details of my complaints and finally he says, we will consider your complaints and suggestions in our future
designing, it will discuss with our designing department. It was very shocking response from a reputed company like you, I never expect like this type of response. I replied to him, I register complaint towards the product quality, so you should come verify the complaint, if it is genuine complaint do the
rectification. He promised he will pass the complaint to technical team and they will resolve the issue. But till this time nobody has to communicate with me.
I put my complaints towards your product quality and fitting, I purchase the product based on your brand name and quality. I just want to know the product is genuine or not, it should be confirm by you only. If you are not response to the same I will go for legally.
In my experience someone raise a complaint towards a product, the company will inspect the genuine of complaint is or not, if it is genuine rectify the same very shortly. In the case of you nobody has to take care and response to the complaint. It is very bad habit and customers are not expecting this kind
attitude from your end.
