I bought lazer juicer mixer, when I opened juicer to use it after 2 weeks aluminium part was damaged. It was manufecturing problem. I took it to shopkeeper he refused to replace it and I raised a complaint and left it on shop. Technition did not replace. It is been 2 months and product is with shopkeeper. He niether replaced the part nor the product. Your service is bad

My Gyeser was leaking. I have called customer care ticket was raised. Service personnel visited and told me that washer is leaking. We need to place order for that. Now is it totally switched off. Nothing has been done. Service personnel is not picking up phone.
