    NEGLIGENCE IN SERVICE FROM BUTTERFLY COMPANY by GUNTA LAXMINARAYANA:

    Please refer my complaint number : B20123002005.
    I have purchased an electric kettle SS Body1.5 L, model RAPID 1.5.
    After one month of purchase, the product stopped working. I visited the nearest service centre RK Service centre GT road, srikakakulam, Andhrapradesh. The product was handed over to the service center. Even after 10months of my patience I couldn't get my kettle replaced. But hardly could get a product replacement note with a date of approval, 07/01/2021 BGMAL/190221/30232.
    I have been disguised and disgusted with the service. I haven't faced such a worst and pathetic situation from any other company in my 45 years of service.May be
    It's a matter of 700 INR, but it's more than the matter of attitude. I have wasted hours of my time in calling your customer care, visiting your service center and every time I have been paid deaf ear. It's purely a negligence of service and hurts the Igo of a reputed person. Hoping a quick resolution

    Worst company and worst service..I bought an induction but it was having some issue I raised a complaint 5days back but no response from the service centre and suddenly got a call and told will come by evening but then again when I called they told they have no technician so they cannot come…Never buy butterfly products pathetic and worst product I have ever experienced

    I purchased butterfly 3liter cooker, aftr 7 days it got damaged, whistle was not working. I contacted service center, they came and took cooker and warranty card, saying they will replace with new cooker in 2 days... I tried to contact till now, still I didn't get cooker back. It's been 3 months finished now, still I didn't get cooker back.

    Purchased butterfly mixie through Amazon 8 months back. The medium size jar has stopped working in 8 months.

    Reached out to customer care. The way they speak is not good. They have sold a product which is not capable for running for a year too. With mistake on their end, they speak rude.

    While doing sales, they say product warranty , at home service and all. When we call for a service, they say jar not included. are they not covered under the word "product".

    Such a poor customer service and care. Highly didn't expect this for a brand like butterfly.

    23 March I purchased 3lit butterfly pressure cooker. Within 4 days it got repair. The whistle stopped working. Later I called the customer service where I was given the contact of local customer service. For last 3 to 4 days I have been calling the local customer care service, and this person says he'll come but has never come. Even today I called many times , he said he will come at 1pm but never came.

    This is not fair and not professional.
    Look into and do the needful.
