प्रिय श्रीमान जी , आपको कराना चाहता हूं कि मेरा बस लगभग 1 बजे से खराब है। मैने बच्चों को किसी तरीके से किसी अन्य गाड़ी से छुड़वाया । आपके सेल्स श्री पूरन श्रीवास्तव को दोपहर से ही अवगत कराया। इनको सुझाव अनुसार सुल्तानपुर मिस्त्री को बुलाया। वह बनाने में असमर्थ रहा। उसको भी मैंने पेमेंट किया । हार थक कर मैंने कॉल लॉक 4:30 pm पर कराया l कस्टमर केयर के द्वारा अवगत कराया गया की 15 मिनट में आपको अभी रिस्पॉन्स आपके डीलर फैज़ाबाद के द्वारा मिलेगा लेकिन 5 घंटे बीत गए कोई रिस्पॉन्स नहीं मिला। यहीं 15 20 km की दूरी पर कंपनी का मैकेनिक काम कर रहा है। मैने पता किया और उससे बात किया। वो बोलता रहा एक घंटे में आ रहा हूं। 10 बजे बोल रहा रामतीरथ सर मैनेजर काल करेंगे तब आऊंगा। मैनेजर सर उसको कॉल नहीं कर रहे हैं। मेरा इस समय एडमिशन चल रहा है। मेरा एडमिशन खराब हो रहा है। इसका जिम्मेदार कंपनी होगी। जो भी मान सम्मान और financial की दिक्कत होगी उसके जिम्मेदार मैनेजर और पूरन सर होंगे। अगर आज नहीं बनता है तो मैं कल कोर्ट में केस फाइल करूंगा। बस बेचते समय सर्विस से संबंधित जो भी बाते की गई थी सब असत्य थी। इन्होंने बेवकूफ बना कर बस बेचा। सर्विस बहुत ही घटिया हमे मिला है। किसी का कोई जवाब देही नही है। 20 घंटे बीत चुके हैं। बार टिकट क्लोज कर दिया जा रहा है अलग रीजन लगा कर। जबकि उससे रिलेटिव कोई बात ही नहीं हो रही है। UP 44 AT 6370 स्कूल बस है

Eicher bus sky line pro engine chamber has been broken and mobile has been leaking cracked around the chamber. we complained it to Eicher Nepal head office Kathmandu the response was they didn't said us to buy the bus we brought on our own so there was a rude reply to us by Eicher Batas Kathmandu. A responsible company like Batas replying in such words was not a business quality. A issue came we complain so it might be first issue to your company or one of regular complain can we get a quick reply and a explanation about it as we have 7 buses of Eicher please do rectify hope for sensible reply thank you ,,
