Dear Sir,
On 11.01.2021 I had placed order for purchase of sarees consequent upon telephonic conversation with one Mr. Ansari of your office under but two get one 1 free scheme. I also paid Rs. 1355/- in addition to LR credit of Rs 1180. Howeverthe Courier not gone to deliver the sarees asked for cash of Rs.1200 being difference amount after adjustment of LR Credit.
Since I had already nade full payment for the sarees ordered, no question of further payment should have arisen.
