Bihar Government is very much excited for the upcoming project to deliver the Students credit card to the Intermediate Pass candidates.
Dozens of counters will be across the all district to deliver the same. The preparations for the deliver of student Credit Card has been started. The offices will be government offices if it is not available then private building will be hired.
All the 12th pass student will be benefited with this Scheme from year 2016 to provide them loan amount of 4 lakhs. Proper Investigation will be done for each students.There will be different counters for each type of students whether studying for Engineering stream or medical orgeneral studies.There will be different counters for the different courses.
HOW TO APPLY FOR BIHAR STUDENT CREDIT CARD:
Poor students who have shown excellent performance in their academic year will be given Bihar Vidyarthi Credit Card. It can be used to pay academic fees stationery charges etc. for higher studies. The Bihat SCC Yojana is going to be launched on 2nd Oct 2016.

Sir,I have got my student credit card but because of the double fee increment sanction money is not sufficient. University does not give any prove of mess fee and I don't have any proof of purchasing of books .My whole sanction of amount is 66000 but after increment in hostle fee ,mess fee and books cost total amount will be 1,60,000 .I am able to bear these expenses.please reply me as soon as possible. At the time of verification ,one officer told me that if your stationery expenses are less than 5000 then no need to give any type of proof so I did not give any receipts and when my loan was sanctioned it is 66000 not including book expense.

I am not getting my loan ... Beacuse of fee structure , and I have fee slip that is not taken by them...actually college has no fee structure it has annual payment skim..
