    I, Mangesh Nupnarayan leaving in mulund, yesterday i went to mulund west Dmart for shopping I asked to there people can u please provide plastic bag for sugar wheat then they had not talk with me properly even I asked to manager to give proper plastic bag or other but he didn't talk properly...Manager said "Tithe asel bagha Nahitar konala tari jaun sanga" i dont know manager name. We are customer we are not tom dick & harry. Its not way to talk with customer its ridiculous, team it will bad impact on your work. We are taking goods from DMart past 6 years we are loyal customer u can check my transaction details last 6 years. Mark my word i will never come in your DMart mall in future. You have lost one loyal customer.

    I have purchased Trackpant from your Hadapsar Store on 04/01/2019. But I want to Exchange my trackpant because i want another size. but when i went for exchange they took away my trackpant and they refused to exchange/Cashback. I just want to know on what basis they kept my trackpant and refused to give it back to me. Now i neither have my Product noy any cash back.

    Yesterday I went to pune Nibm dorabjee. D mart I purchased 1 induction. Of midea nd one set of nice cookware. In front of me staff checked that twa is working in induction or not. And after that it's not fitted on that box again then he took that box away from me Nd then came back. With pack. And I thought all r there. But when I reached home. Missing of tawa which is the set of. That. And in morning I called to customer care. She asked me for Invoice and I sent her.. Still I did not get any respond on same. Please do needful
