Dear Sir,
I have bought Chevrolet Sail (HB) in the month of December 2016 from Jorhat (NOVA CHEVROLET) Assam in-spite of the news that the in the market regarding the existence of the company. Being an old car maker there was no doubt in my mind regarding the performance of the car.
All my believe goes wrong from the day I had purchased my car. This car has a sound problem from the from all the doors and back side of the vehicle from the very 3rd or 4th day of my purchase. I have visited several time to get out of the problem the dealer persons checked but till day they are unable to fix the problem permanently. The Alignment of left side of the door is also not in order. The left side back door is slightly downwards from the front side doors. The problem may be due to this reason also.
This is a manufacturing defect and dealer was not suppose to sold this vehicle to any person. Now in this situation I am helpless and writing to you to get me out of this problem. Ideally the company should replace the vehicle as the same is having manufacturing defect and should take action against the concerned authority for ruining the company's reputation and goodwill.
I will be oblige if the concern authority feels to resolve my problem and revert back with some positive or negative comments .
