I purchased this phone through Flip Kart about a year ago. For the last two months it is consuming hell of battery. For the last 6 weeks, when ever I swipe it to receive a call, it gets converted in to a missed call but the caller just gets a blank response. Earlier the what's app icon used to appear on the screen whenever there was a new message, but now that has also gone blank. Please suggest solution.

The screen of my motog 3 is broken. Which is the Moto G Service station where I can get the original screen/touch to get my phone functional. Whether any warranty will be given for new touch and what will be the cost of the touch replacement.

My handset is not workings properly when some call me I cannot here ths sound and music system also. I am trying to contact with customer care and service station,but they are not picking phone or they have insraction from your side that nor to pick any phone related to complaint.
