Hi,
I have purchased Motto G- Gen Next in Oct 2014. ITs been last 2 days my cell is turned dark. All pictures are look like negative and screen is dark. Seems like its picture tube is not working, Also My cell get heated very fast. Seek help

Mtot G I purchased on 12th Sept 2015.
Till 20th Oct. 2016 it worked fine without any complaint .
From 21st Oct./ 2016 whenever we charge the battery it is getting charged to 100 % .After putting on the phone only Moto emblem could be seen for a second and gets off. Thereafter screen is remaining dark bluish ,Phone is getting Hot and battery discharge to 0 % .
Kindly let me know the type of fault and cost of repairs. Thanks .

I purchased Moto G. 4 via Amazon 2 months ago. It worked fine without any complaint for 2 months yesterday i am shocked to see that there is no display visibility. I have never expected that such good company mobile can give such problem with in two months. I request you to exchange the mobile and provide me the new mobile.
