I am paid to driver it's own account and now ola charged me as postpaid bill in my account. It's very rediculas service from ola. No custmore care right and mail communcation is right.

The auto driver cancelled the booking and i didn't receive any message regarding the cancellation. The driver asked for the total fare price shown in my mobile. And after the ride didn't show how much the total fare costed in his mobile and charged me 188 for the ride and 300 for the previous cancellation fees as shown in my mobile. I would like to talk with the customer care regarding this issue as i am not able to contact any of the customer care numbers provided online. Please do let me know about this issue asap.

I would like to inform you that today (31.10.22) at 5AM, I booked one ola ride from OLD FARDIABAD TO AURIC CITY SECTOR 82 FARIDABAD with my register mobile no 8968252645.
At the deboarding time I forget my mobile no in the same ola car. Immediate after 20min. I called so many time well was ringing but phone not picking. But after 7:15AM no switch off.
Ola car no last four digit is 2166.

I want to talk to coustmer care of Bangalore which is not available as of now ..I have complain against to my ride route which was guided wrong by Ola route map and I started ride at 5 pm and reached home at 7:40
Pm where as route is just 15km ...due to wrong guidelines from Ola app route ..I have faced big issues with small kid in journey..I want my money back I have paid 150 rs extra as toll fee .and more I want to complain. U professional driver
