Vehicle Cranking But not Starting Issue by Karthik Patil:

A fine evening 06/05/2023 we were about to go for a trip from home.But unfortunately,when we tried cranking the vehicle was not starting.We immediately called the emergency service number and was told to wait for 2 - 2.5 hours.The technicians told that they need to toe the vehicle to service center.We were expecting they would resolve the issue but instead they took our vehicle.Our vehicle KA20MD6856 registered is registered in the name of Mr.Ashik Patil was Towed from our location at 5:30 pm.
We wish to know the root cause of the problem for causing the issue as we have not received any official communication on the same.
We had a very bad experience.
