I booked for a presidential suit in Alankrita Resort , Thumkunta, the receiving of the front office was not at all good, there was no proper explanation about the Resort rules and regulations, we were very dissapointed with the cleanliness of the suit and we immediately shifted to Signature suit which is side by to Presidential suit which we have booked. After they didn't try to apologise nor felt sorry for our inconvenience with kids with us and they didn't try to refund the remaining amount which they have to calculate and return as, as we left the Presidential suit to a normal suit with two bedroom suit , is this the way they cheat the Guests who believe they could take a refreshing atmosphere and coming to the main point we have to purchase water in the Resort is this any kind of joke purchase water in summer in such a big resort what the hell happening, i kindly need an explanation for these all queries we four mothers with kids.
