Dear Sir / Madam,
We had purchase a pair of black women chappals for my wife nearly a year ago. The pair was very rarely used occasionally hardly thrice to five times earlier. Last month (Sept 2023), the pair was brought into regular use for around 12 to 15 days. The top of one of the chappals was separated from its base. I was unable to find the receipt hence the delay in communication. The chappals were bought from the authorized Woodlands showroom at Deccan Gymkhana Pune (Maharashtra). Now I request you to guide me what to be done. We went for the quality product and the brand. The experience was somewhat shocking.
