Complaint BSC card blocking

    Hi Team, I had requested to unblock the card on 18 Oct but it was unblocked on 27 Oct which is after 10 days of continuous follow up in the email. My cousin's wedding was on 25th Oct so I requested to unblock. But it was of no use taking the services as the card was unblocked after the wedding. I had requested the customer service to continue to block the card as I will not be using the services for sometime as I'm undergoing an eye surgery and the doctor strictly advised not to take any services else it will delay the recovery.

    But it's been more than a week still there is no response at all even after continuous follow ups.

    Highly disappointed with the customer service.

    Please resolve the query as soon as possible.
