    I have been going to ylg hennur quite a while bt i have seen that most of the time they dont attend customers they only attend customers who want to provide services to customers who come for costly services so if u go for jus threading or somthng they wont even attend u i am really disappointed with there service

    Hairstylist Dayaman at bellendur YLG branch charged Rs 800 plus taxes for hair wash and hairdryer without setting in the absence of the Manager. Earlier the price was Rs 400. I don't what happened that price changed for same services in two months and the price is doubled.

    Hi, please refer the Title, I have a coupon worth Rs.5000 that expires on May05,2021. Due to the announcement of lockdown the Salon remains closed. What is the alternate solution provided at your end for such scenarios.

  • Charting company ever seen

    I have ordered shampoo combo in YLG website. And they have charged 100% payment through online. After that just received mail and message only along with order 5 digit number. Since 4 day’s yet to over but there is no improvement on my order status. Worst service ever. If you can’t give delivery service what the shit you guy’s are charging 100% advance payment. Useless team, and also their service. Nobody picking up the call. Even I sent several mails no response.

  • BSC card blocking

    Hi Team, I had requested to unblock the card on 18 Oct but it was unblocked on 27 Oct which is after 10 days of continuous follow up in the email. My cousin's wedding was on 25th Oct so I requested to unblock. But it was of no use taking the services as the card was unblocked after the wedding. I had requested the customer service to continue to block the card as I will not be using the services for sometime as I'm undergoing an eye surgery and the doctor strictly advised not to take any services else it will delay the recovery.

    But it's been more than a week still there is no response at all even after continuous follow ups.

    Highly disappointed with the customer service.

    Please resolve the query as soon as possible.
